Al Rawda Cemeteries offers flexible payment plans starting with a 20% down payment and installments of up to two years, with delivery within 18 months and a 7% maintenance deposit.

The project is a fully licensed Islamic cemetery and Tahya Misr Fund is the owner of Al Rawda Cemeteries Project, developed in collaboration with Founders, the project's main developer.

the project is located at two strategic sites: Ain Sokhna Road (20 minutes from New Cairo) and 6th of October City on Al Wahat Road (20 minutes from Mall of Egypt and 20 minutes from the Mehwar). The Ain Sokhna site spans approximately 107 feddans with 5,522 burial plots, while the 6th of October site spans approximately 103 feddans with 5,537 burial plots. The masterplan features a modern urban concept, contemporary Islamic architecture, landscaped gardens, and integrated services.

Al Rawda Cemeteries follows Al Lahd burial system in accordance with Islamic Sharia, ensuring burial is performed according to authentic Islamic practices. The project includes a mosque, an event hall, a washing and shrouding facility, professional management and maintenance services, and a comprehensive security system. The price of each burial plot also includes a contribution to the project's charitable endowment, represented by date palm plantations whose proceeds are fully dedicated to charitable work and supporting those most in need.
